Real Estate Research Consultants, Inc. (RERC) was formed in 1986, drawing its staff from among the largest and most experienced consulting organizations in the country. The founding principals have provided real estate advice and guidance to a wide variety of clients in virtually all segments of the real estate industry, supporting the unique and often innovative requirements of the firm’s clients. RERC and its staff are active in community and professional groups including NAIOP, ICSC, the Urban Land Institute, American Planning Association and Counselors of Real Estate. The latter organization is comprised exclusively of those whose career focus is based on counseling or advisory service. Membership to the Counselors, numbering about 1,000 people nationally, is provided by invitation only to individuals who have demonstrated excellence and expertise in the real estate industry. At this time, two of the firm’s founding principals have been members of this organization for almost two decades.
Our goal to achieve and maintain excellence is based upon:
- The recruitment, development, and placement of experienced staff.
- An ability to respond to our clients' needs accurately and in a timely manner.
- A committment to develop long-lasting relationships with our clients to "get the job done".
- Informed understanding of rapid changes in the way real estate products are being developed, financed, marketed, managed, and regulated.
- A diverse client base.
- A nationwide perspective with local emphasis.
