Client: Xentury City

RERC provides ongoing assistance to Xentury City. The market, development and formal support for a 400-acre tourist/commercial Development of Regional Impact approved adjacent to Walt Disney World near Orlando, FL. The planned global resort City is anticipated to include thousands of hotel rooms, retail and entertainment offerings and related hospitality support uses. RERC has provided continuing services for more than 15 years in implementation of the master plan. [more]

Orlando International and Orlando Executive Airports

Client: Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA)

RERC serves as real estate advisor and strategist to GOAA and its assets at Orlando International and Orlando Executive Airports. Combined, the Authority’s land holdings include 15,000 acres, an international airport complex that is currently the 10th busiest airport in the U.S., and several million square feet of non-aviation development including lodging, restaurants, offices, warehouses, and retail. SantaFe Health Village

Client: SantaFe HealthCare/AvMed

SantaFe HealthCare operates a large suburban campus near Gainesville, Florida. Real Estate Research Consultants, Inc. (RERC) was asked to evaluate the content of the master plan in light of changing needs in the hospital industry and the property’s strategic location in the community. This included RERC staff evaluating the client’s existing real estate portfolio, assessing prevailing market trends for demand and pricing, and recommending a forward plan for the optimal positioning of the client’s real estate assets. Orlando Utilities Commission

Client: Orlando Utilities Commission

RERC serves as the on-call real estate advisor for the Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC). In this role, RERC assists OUC with its strategic planning and positioning of its real estate assets. This assistance has included analyses for OUC-owned urban and waterfront properties and power plant facilities. RERC is frequently called upon to participate in leadership presentations, making and supporting recommendations for OUC’s Board to consider for action. [more]

Client: Department of Real Estate Services

Real Estate Research Consultants, Inc. (RERC) was retained to evaluate issues associated with the potential sale of properties owned by the State of North Carolina in downtown Raleigh, proximate an existing government complex. The analysis encompassed properties totaling about 25 acres that have come to be identified as the Blount Street Study Area. [more]
