In addition to assisting public clients with large scale developments, RERC has provided services to a number of private clients for similar types of projects. RERC is providing client with economic impact and development analysis for a 400 acre tourist/commercial development adjacent to Walt Disney World. Project will include thousands of hotel rooms, retail and entertainment offerings and related hospitality support uses. RERC has provided continuing services for the past 15 years in implementation of master plan.

Orlando City Center
Client: Palm Beach Land Trust

Client has retained RERC to assist in developing strategy for six acre downtown site. Entitlements include 1.6 million square foot of development with allowable mix of uses including office, retail, restaurant, hospitality and residential. Services included focus group discussions on condo office concept, urban design criteria, long range market opportunities.
