Mills & Nebraska PD
Client: City of Orlando, Fl

RERC provided the market analysis and prototype developments that could conform to various site locations along a 1.5 mile commercial corridor near downtown Orlando. The various issues addressed were the retention to the existing urban scale, support to emerging ethnic commercial market, protection of adjacent residential neighborhoods from increased traffic and identifying potential for mixed use residential development sites. The Mills & Nebraska PD is one of the key sites identified in the development program and is currently in the permitting stage and addresses the community objectives.

 
 
 

 

 

Peachtree Corridor Feasibility Study
Client: Atlanta Streetcar, Inc. Ga

RERC provided corridor analysis for redevelopment potential and public revenue generating sources to support a proposed streetcar system from the Buckhead area along Peachtree Street to downtown Atlanta.

Downtown Trolley System
Client: City of Miami, Fl

RERC was asked to analyze the real estate development opportunities for a four mile streetcar system in downtown Miami. Scope of work included projection of tax increment revenues, impact and permitting fee revenues for a twenty year period to assess local financing needs to support trolley system.
